Refund Policy

At Zeena Beauty, your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, you may return or exchange it within 14 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return or exchange:

• The item must be in its original, unworn, and undamaged condition, with all original packaging and tags.

• For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on certain jewelry items, such as earrings.

• Once your return request is approved, you will have 5 days to ship the item back to us.

Shipping & Refunds:

• Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility, unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., defective or incorrect item).

• Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days of us receiving and inspecting the returned item.
