At Zeena Beauty, we are committed to providing you with a pleasant shopping experience with fast, reliable, and transparent delivery.

1. Processing Times


All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days after payment is received. During peak periods (sales, holidays), processing times may be slightly extended. We will notify you if necessary.

2. Shipping Methods and Times

🔄 LOCAL PICKUP

  • Address: 1480 Rue Lepine, Saint Laurent  (Qc) Canada H4L 4N8

  • Timeline: Ready in 1-3 business days

  • Fee: Free

  • You will receive a confirmation email when your order is ready for pickup.

🚗 LOCAL DELIVERY

  • Radius: 10 km around our warehouse

  • Timeline: Next-day delivery for orders placed before 2 PM

  • Days: Monday to Thursday only

  • Hours: 9 AM to 3 PM

  • Fee: $5 (free for orders of $75 and more)

📦 STANDARD SHIPPING

  • Standard Shipping (Canada): 3 to 7 business days.

  • Standard Shipping (USA): 7 to 14 business days.

  • Standard Shipping (International): 10 to 20 business days, depending on the destination.

  • Express Tracked Shipping: A tracking number will be provided via email as soon as your order ships.

3. Shipping Fees and Promotions

  • Free shipping for orders of $75 and over in Canada and $100 and over in the United States.

  • For orders below these amounts, shipping fees are automatically calculated at checkout.

  • Limited Promotions: Special free shipping offers may be available temporarily or for specific products. These promotions are clearly indicated on the website.

4. Shipping Address


It is the customer's responsibility to provide a complete and accurate shipping address. If a package is returned to us by the carrier due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, the customer will be responsible for the cost of re-shipping the order. Zeena Beauty cannot be held responsible for packages delivered to an erroneous address provided by the customer.

5. Carriers


Deliveries are handled by reliable partners such as Canada Post, USPS, DHL, or other local carriers depending on the destination.

6. Delays and Delivery Issues


Zeena Beauty is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather conditions, or customs (for international orders). If your package is lost or damaged, please contact us immediately at zeenabeautycontact@gmail.com so we can find a solution.

7. Customs and International Taxes


For international orders, customs duties or local taxes may apply. These fees are the customer's responsibility and vary according to the laws in force in the destination country.

8. Returns and Refunds

  • We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Zeena Beauty. You have 14 days from the receipt of your order to request a return or exchange.

  • Once your return request is approved, you have 5 days to ship the item back to us.

  • Items must be returned in their original condition, unworn and undamaged, with their original packaging.

  • Beauty Products: For hygiene and safety reasons, no returns are accepted if the packaging has been opened or used.

  • Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility, unless the return is due to an error on our part (defective or incorrect product). The refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
